The platform provides AI‑assisted generation and editing of social or creative content. Features, limits, and pricing (if any) may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time without liability.

• No attempts to probe, overload, or circumvent protections.
• Review outputs before publishing; you are solely responsible for derivative use.

4. Accounts & Security

Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all actions under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected misuse.

5. Content & Ownership

You retain rights to your inputs and (subject to applicable model provider terms) outputs. You grant us a limited, revocable license to process and store this content solely to operate and improve core features.

6. Data Persistence

Guest generations are not stored after the session completes. Signed‑in user prompts and resulting output may be stored as part of conversation history until you delete them. Deleted data is removed from active storage; residual backups may persist briefly.

7. Disclaimers

The service and outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You assume all risk for reliance on generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tejuice.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised document.
