This Privacy Policy describes how tejuice.ai handles information you provide while using the service. We collect only what is necessary to deliver core functionality and maintain platform integrity.

1. Data We Collect

• Basic account profile (only if you sign in).
• Your prompts, generated captions, tags, and related metadata (stored only when signed in).
• Optional images you upload for generation or editing (processed transiently unless part of saved history).
• Minimal diagnostic events (non-identifying) used to detect abuse and improve stability.

2. Guest vs Signed-In Usage

Guest (not signed in) generations are ephemeral and not added to history. Signed-in users have their interactions stored so they can revisit them later. If you sign out, prior stored history remains until you delete it.

3. Purpose of Use

• Deliver core generation & editing features.
• Provide saved history for signed-in users.
• Maintain security and prevent misuse.
• Measure aggregate, non-personal usage to improve experience.

4. Model Processing

Your prompts (and optional images) are sent to AI model endpoints to produce outputs. We do not sell your inputs or outputs. Third-party model providers may temporarily process data to return results in line with their own policies.

5. Session Storage

Authentication sessions may rely on secure cookies or tokens so you remain signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking pixels.

6. Retention & Deletion

Delete a conversation to remove it from active storage. Routine backups or temporary caches may persist for a short period before automatic purge. Guest data is discarded after the request completes.

7. Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (encrypted transport, restricted access). No system is perfectly secure; use discretion with sensitive inputs.

8. Your Choices

• Sign out to stop further history collection.
• Delete individual conversations you no longer want stored.
• Contact us for data export or removal requests beyond in‑app controls.

9. Changes

Material updates will be noted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
